We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no cancellation and no refund policy after 24 hours from the time of ordering

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at totomatodomo@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins on your custom item(s).

No Refunds
All sales are final for custom printed/designed apparel, personalized accessories, and made-to-measure clothing items. We do not offer refunds for these made-to-order products once production has started after the 24 hour cancellation window.

Exchanges Only
If you receive a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us immediately at  totomatodomo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll be happy to remake your item and exchange it free of charge.

Please allow 2-3 business days for cancellations, exchanges, and returns to be processed. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
